GOAL:
Install site lighting bases and poles at new construction senior living project.

CHALLENGE:
It often rains in this area of Florida the water table is quite high standard drilled hole and sonotube can be difficult.

PROCESS:
We were able to dig, install bases, and backfill in one step. We can get in and out of an area quickly. We were able to install light poles the same day

OUTCOME:
Precast concrete bases at this site proved cost effective and efficient for our site lighting needs. They performed better on this wet site, from rain and water table. They help us keep within the GC’s install schedule.
